Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an internal martial art. The external martial arts/Karate, etc are about external strength. Tai Chi is about strength through softness. The ultimate battle is not learning to fight with others, it is the internal fight with yourself - your ego. That is the way of the warrior. 

Most recently, I have been teaching Tai Chi and Qigong at the Hatton Center to in Canton. When the Covid-19 virus hit, I moved outside and I have been teaching a group in Patterson Park on Monday mornings. I have been teaching the Yang Style Short Form and Soaring  Crane Qigong as passed to me from my most recent teacher, Grandmaster Sam Tam. Sam lives in Vancouver Canada.
